EFAMT® Mobile version enables simple recording of hours on the project (timesheets) directly from personal mobile phones / tablets. The user logs in with the same username and password which is used for log via web browser.
EFAMT® is a user-friendly and effective system, which enables the project staff to tune the costs to suit their internal needs and satisfy the grant donor at the same time.
EFAMT® is designed to assist the project manager and other staff engaged on project implementation and project coordination which do not necessary possess knowledge about financial regulations which is required to successfully and efficiently manage grant funded projects.
EFAMT® is an internet web-based solution for projects co-financed through different programmes and calls (e.g.: H2020, FP7, FP6, EUREKA!, Norway Grants, DG SANKO and other EU and national calls).
Today EFAMT® is used by 4262 partners from 526 organizations in 3506 projects (data from January 2016). EFAMT® users are universities, faculties, research centres and institutes, national libraries, companies and other organisations involved in grant funded and other projects.
Key functions:
Recording of time and costs
- Timesheets: enable recording of time on a simple and fast form. Time is recorded by simple selecting project, work packages from the drop down menus. If it is needed for the project reporting, you can record time also on tasks. A field for description of work is also available. Each employee can record time for him/her by accessing the application with a personal username and password.
- Other direct cost: enable recording of all direct costs on the project (s): on predefined cost categories (such as: travel costs, material costs, subcontracting costs, audit, equipment etc.), work packages etc.
- Overhead: overhead is calculated automatically (if a flat rate of overheads applies)
Analyses and reports
- Analyses, graphs, financial tables and reports: Enabling real time analysis of financial data and compare actual to plan financial tables and person month information, over 200 different. All the data can be easily exported to excel, word or pdf.
All the entries can be edited / changed or deleted on a very simple way. Entries can be also transferred from one project to another, or from one work package to another in case it is needed.
